( 1 ) All of the guide pins are available. The particular guide pin that is required depends on your application.
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Install Tooling (B) in the crankshaft.
Attach a suitable lifting device to adapter (3) . The weight of adapter (3) is approximately 30 kg (66 lb). Position adapter (3) on Tooling (B) .
Apply Tooling (C) to the bolts that hold adapter (3) to the crankshaft. Install the bolts that hold adapter (3) to the crankshaft. Remove Tooling (B) and install the remaining bolts. Tighten the bolts in a diagonal pattern to a torque of 1300 150 N m (960 110 lb ft).
Install Tooling (A) into adapter (3) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to vibration damper (1) . The weight of vibration damper (1) is approximately 188 kg (414 lb).
Align the dash marks on vibration damper (1) to the adapter. Install vibration damper (1) on Tooling (A) .
Apply Tooling (C) to bolts (2) . Install bolts (2) that hold vibration damper (1) to the adapter. Remove Tooling (A) and install remaining bolts (2) . Tighten bolts (2) in a diagonal pattern to a torque of 1150 150 N m (848 110 lb ft).
