1. Remove clamp (4). Disconnect hose (2) from elbow (1).2. Remove four bolts (5) from two straps (3) and remove the oil cooler.Install Oil Cooler
1. Put the oil cooler in position. Install two straps (3) with four bolts.2. Install clamp (2). Connect hose (1) to the elbow.Disassemble Oil Cooler
start by:a) remove oil cooler 1. Remove four bolts (1) and cover (2). 2. Remove the thermostat (5) and the O-ring seal.3. Put a mark on bonnet (4) for use at assembly.4. Remove six bolts (3), the bonnet and the gasket.5. Put a mark on bonnet (7) for use at assembly. 6. Remove six bolts (6), the bonnet and the gasket from the other end of the oil cooler.Assemble Oil Cooler
1. Clean the tubes in the core of the oil cooler with a rod. 2. Install the gasket and bonnet (1) with six bolts. 3. Install the gasket and bonnet (2) on the other end of the oil cooler with six bolts. 4. Install the O-ring seal, thermostat (3) and cover (4) with four bolts.end by:a) install oil cooler
