PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
1. Remove the filter bases (2) and the bracket (1). Retain the mounting bolts and washers for reuse. Refer to Image1.1.1
The primary filter and base will be re-installed.

2. Use the mounting bolts and washers retained in Step 1 to install the new 346-0225 Bracket.
3. Use the two 0S-1571 Bolts and 9X-6458 Washers retained in Step 1 from the filter base with two additional 0S-1571 Bolts and 9X-6458 Hard Washers to install the new, four bolt, 213-0064 Filter Base. Refer to Image1.2.1

4. Install elbows with O-rings, adapter with O-ring and connector with O-ring on the new filter base. Refer to Image1.3.1

5. Re-install the primary filter base using the previously saved mounting bolts and washers with the addition of 6V-3964 Hard Washer on the bolts. Refer to Image1.4.1

6. Reattach the fuel lines. Remove the P-clips and retain the mounting bolt and washer. Reuse 0S-1591 Bolts and 5M-2894 Hard Washers from the former clips in order to install the new grommeted clips. Refer to Image1.5.1

7. Start the machine and check the filter base assembly for leaks.
