Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the cooling system package.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Fuel Tank Water and Sediment - Drain" and Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Remove the bolts, washers, and plate (1).

Remove tube (2). Remove clips (3). Disconnect hose (4).

Disconnect hose (5).

Mark the orientation of striker pin assembly (6). Remove the bolts, washers, and striker pin assembly (6).

Loosen bolt (7) until fuel tank mounting strap (8) (not shown) is loose.

Loosen bolt (9) until fuel tank mounting strap (10) (not shown) is loose.

Remove bolt (11) and the washer. Reposition fuel tank mounting strap (8) out of the way.

Remove bolt (12) and the washer. Reposition fuel tank mounting strap (10) out of the way.

Use two people in order to remove fuel tank (13). Installation Procedure
Install fuel tank (13) in the reverse order of removal.
