4 2 265-8713 Bushing Bore surfaces must be free of paint and grease prior to assembly of bushings. Coat bores and bushings with 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge after the assembly of bushings.
Bore diameter before assembly is 35.191 0.015 mm (1.3855 0.0006 inch).
Installation depth is 5.0 0.5 mm (0.20 0.02 inch).
5 4 140-3734 Dust Seal Apply 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge to the lip of the dust seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed. Dust seals must be assembled such that lip is located to the outside of the boss and directed as shown.
Installation depth is 1.0 0.5 mm (0.04 0.02 inch).
