1. Remove 32 nuts (1), then remove the tank cover and bolts. 2. Clean face (4) of both the tank and the cover.3. Remove two bolts (2) and remove tube assembly (5). If it is necessary to remove manifold (6), remove four bolts (3) and the manifold.Assemble Tank
1. Put four small seals and the large seal in the face of manifold (1) and install it in the tank.2. Use a new gasket (2) and install cover (3). 3. Put all 32 nuts on the bolts. Tighten nut (4), then tighten the nut across from it. Tighten the next 2 nuts 90° from nut (4). Tighten a nut then the nut across from it until all nuts are tight.end by:a) install the tank on the tractorDisassemble The Filler Cap And Strainer
1. Remove the gasket (4), plate (2) and ball (3). Inspect vent hole (1) to see that it is not plugged.2. Inspect gasket (4) and replace if damaged. 3. Remove strainer (6) and gasket (5).Assemble The Filler Cap And Strainer
1. Install the ball (3), plate (2) and gasket (4) in the cap (1). 2. Install gasket (5) and strainer (6).
