Remove cooling system package.

Use suitable lifting device remove guard assembly (1). The weight of guard assembly (1) is approximately 52 kg (115 lb).

Disconnect harness assembly (2). Remove horn assembly (3). Remove bolts (4).

Use Tooling (A) and suitable lifting device reposition cooling package (5). Cut cable straps (7). Remove shroud (6).

Remove bolts (9). Use two people remove cooler (8). The weight of cooler (8) is approximately 23 kg (50 lb).

Disconnect hose (11). Disconnect P-clip (12) Install Tooling (A) and suitable lifting device. Remove bolts (10) and (13). Remove cooler assembly (14). The weight of cooler assembly (14) is approximately 57 kg (125 lb).

Cut cable strap (15). Remove tank (16).
