Payload Operator Display (POD)The Payload Operator Display (POD) is located above the operator. The Truck Payload Measurement System (TPMS) is installed as an attachment on trucks. The Truck Payload Measurement System will monitor load cycles. The Truck Payload Measurement System will record load cycles. The following load cycles are recorded.
The load cycle number will record a maximum of 1400 cycles.
The load cycle date must be set with a laptop computer. The laptop computer must have the following software: Truck Payload Measurement System, SERD0032.
The Load cycle time must be set with a laptop computer. The laptop computer must have the following software: Truck Payload Measurement System, SERD0032.

Loaded travel timeTwo switches are mounted on the POD. The left switch turns on the TPMS. No load cycles will be recorded if this switch is in the OFF position. The right switch is the test/set switch. The test/set switch is used to troubleshoot TPMS. The test/set switch is used to program TPMS. The information can be viewed in the display window. The "green" led will indicate when the truck is being loaded. The "red" led will indicate when the truck is fully loaded. A hazard light switch is mounted to the right of POD.
