Drill four holes (A) in the 265-3191 Front Wheel (B) as shown in Illustration above.

Drill holes (A) at a diameter of (D) at distance (C) from the center of front the wheel as shown in Illustration 2. Drill the four holes to a depth of 25 mm (0.98 inch).Note: Four holes (A) should be located 90 degrees apart. Refer to Step 4 for optional procedure to locate hole (A) positions.
Use an M12 X 1.75-6H Tap to tap the four holes that were drilled in Step 2. Tap the four holes to a depth of 21 mm (0.83 inch).

(E) 16 mm (0.63 inch)
This step can be used as an option to determine where the drilled holes will be located. Drill the first hole to the center of distance (E) from the top of the spline as shown in Illustration 3. Drill the remaining three holes directly below the spline root at roughly 90 degrees apart.

Install brake hub (F) onto front wheel (G). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly Manual

Install hard washer (3), hard washer (1), and bolt (2) as shown.
Apply red Loctite 271 to the threads of bolts (2) .
Torque bolts (2) to a value of 100 10 N m (74 7 lb ft).Inspection of the Parking Brake Housing
