Install bolts (26). Connect hose assemblies (24), (25), and (27). Connect four hose assemblies (23).

Remove Tooling (F) from the hydraulic tank. Install the cap on the hydraulic tank.

Close storage box (22) for the window guards.

Position panel (19). Install bolts (20). Install cable strap (21).

Install step (18).

Position refrigerant dryer (17). Install mounting bolts (14). Install clips (16) and (15).
Position refrigerant condenser (11). Install clamp (13). Connect harness assembly (12).

Install top mounting bolts (10). Repeat for the three bottom mounting bolts.

Install panel (8) and bolts (9).

Push housing (7) into position. Close engine hood (6).

Start the machine and raise the boom. Remove Tooling (B).

Install right-hand boom cylinder (5). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Boom Cylinder - Remove and Install".

Remove bolts (1) and cover (2) from each final drive.

Install sun gear (4) in each final drive.
Thoroughly clean the mating surfaces of the ring gear and cover (2). Apply a bead of Tooling (H) around the machined surface of the ring gear. Position cover (2) in the original position on the ring gear.
Apply Tooling (G) on the threads of bolts (1) which hold cover (2) in position. Install bolts (1) and the washers that hold cover (2).
Fill each final drive with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities and Refill Capacities". Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Final Drive Oil Level - Check".End By:
Install the quick coupler, if equipped. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Quick Coupler - Remove and Install".
Install the bucket. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket - Install".
