2. Turn valves (1) and (3) to the "OFF" position. Disconnect heater hoses (2) and (4) from the valves and drain the coolant from the heater system. 3. Remove door assembly (5) from the left side of the cab. 4. Disconnect hoses (6) and (8) from the heater core. If a replacement of the heater control valve must be made, disconnect control cable (7) from it. Loosen the clamp and remove hoses (8) and (9) with the valve from the machine. 5. Remove seal (10) from each end of the coil assembly.6. Remove bolts (12) from each end of the coil assembly. Remove coil assembly (11) from the pressurizer group compartment. 7. Loosen the setscrew and remove knob (13) from the control cable. 8. Make sure control cable (7) is disconnected from the heater control valve. Remove nut (14) and remove control cable (7) from the bezel and machine.Install Cab Heater
1. Put control cable (2) in position in the machine and install it in bezel (1). 2. Install nut (4) to hold the control cable in the bezel.3. Install knob (3) on the control cable and tighten the setscrew. 4. Put coil assembly (5) in position in the pressurizer group compartment. Install the bolts that hold it. Install the seals on each end of the coil assembly. 5. Connect hoses (6) and (7) to the coil assembly. 6. Connect cable (2) to heater control valve (8). Make an adjustment to the cable so valve (8) is in the "OFF" position before knob (3) has been turned as far as it will go in the counterclockwise direction. 7. Install door assembly (9) on the left side of the cab. 8. Connect hoses (11) and (13) to valves (10) and (12). Turn valves (10) and (12) to the "ON" position.9.
