Apply sealant Loctite 438 on seal (4c).
Install seal (4c) onto the bottom edge of cab plate (AM).Installing Left Side Panel
Raise and secure the lift arms. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual,, SEBU9084, Loader Lift Arm Brace Operation.Note: Side panels are not required in open ROPS machines.

Keeping the Lift Arm in the raised position, mark the lines from the edge of plates (AP) and (AN). Place cover assembly (24) over plates (AP) and (AN) by aligning marked lines with cover (24) edges as shown.
Mark the six mounting holes (Arrows) of cover assembly (24) on the frame. Drill six holes at 5.2 mm (0.20 inch) for bolts (26).

Install cover assembly (24) and secure with six bolts (26). Torque the bolts to 6 1 N m (53 9 lb in).
Install cover (23) with screws (27) with retainers (29). Ensure the flat side of retainer (29) faces towards cover (23). Refer to Illustration 31.Installing Right Side Panel

Keep the lift arm in the raised position and mark the lines on the plate (AR). Take the plate (AS) top surface as reference to mark the 40 mm (1.57 inch) line, shown in Illustration 32.
Place cover (5) by aligning the marked lines with cover (5) edges as shown in Illustration 32.
Mark three mounting holes (Arrows) for cover (5) on the frame. Drill three 5.2 mm (0.20 inch) holes for bolts (26).

Attach edge trim (3) to cover (5) before installing the cover.
Mount cover (5) on the frame and secure with three bolts (26). Tighten bolts to 6 1 N m (53 9 lb in) as shown in Illustration 33.Installing Strainer

In the fuel tank (BP), remove the fuel cap (BM) from the guard (BN).

Insert the strainer (2) and allow strainer to rest on the guard assembly (BN) as shown.
Retighten the fuel cap (BM) on to the guard assembly (BN) as shown in Illustration 35.
