Identification #(s)Attached to February 8, 2006 Service LetterRework Procedure There may be system pressureremaining in the lock valve, please follow the correct hydraulic systempressure release procedure. Follow Test And Adjust Manual, RENR5188 orRENR7756, "Hydraulic System Pressure-Release" in order to release the systempressure before removing any components.
Remove the current switch that is fittedto the stabilizer lock valve.
Install new 251-7137 Switch to the lockvalve. Tighten to 48Nm (+/-5Nm) or 35Lb Ft (+/-3.7 Lb ft).
Check the system for hydraulic leaks.
There are a number of machines that mayhave wires J764 and 787, or J764 and 768 incorrectly assembled. Wires J764and 787 are in the receptacle for the right stabilizer. Wires J764 and768 are in the receptacle for the left stabilizer. Both receptacles arein the 213-0305 Stabilizer Control Harness Assembly. The receptacles arelocated on either stabilizer leg near the stabilizer cylinder. If any ofthe listed fault codes are being created, please check the wiring to thestabilizer pressure switches. Ensure that the wires are connected as listedin the tables below.

C 787 White Wire 768 may be either Blue or Orangedepending on the harness version that was installed on the machine. Wire787 may be either Blue or White depending on the harness version that wasinstalled on the machine.
Connect ET and check installation within the configurationscreen. See the attached illustration for the correct installation status.The status for the Stabilizer Pressure Sensors should be "Installed".
The deployment of the stabilizer legs requiresthe operator to perform a different sequence of operations of the stabilizerswitches that are positioned in the operator station.
