Use the following shims as required to obtain an end play for gear (3) of 0.10 0.05 mm (0.004 0.002 inch).
1 1 6P-7767 Shim Pack Thickness of the shim pack is 2.0 mm (0.079 inch).
2 1 4K-6804 O-Ring Seal Lubricate the bore lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
3 1 486-0912 Gear -
4 1 133-4292 Lip Type Seal Lubricate the bore lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed. Install lip seal flush with the face of the bearing cage.
5 1 490-4086 Yoke Yokes must be installed in phase as shown.
6 1 490-4085 Yoke As Yokes must be installed in phase as shown.
7 2 6V-9667 Bolt Apply Loctite 263 to the threads of the bolt prior to assembly.
8 1 2K-2939 O-Ring Seal Lubricate the bore lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

12 1 133-4292 Lip Type Seal Lubricate the bore lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed. Install lip seal flush with the face of the bearing cage.

13 - Loctite Hi Temp Flange Sealant Apply a 3.0 0.5 mm (0.12 0.02 inch) continuous bead and spread sealant with a roller.
D - Loctite Hi Temp Flange Sealant Sealant to be applied at 9 mm (0.354 inch) wide. Remove excess sealant that spills over the edge.
