Install end plate (21) on plate (24) . Align the bolt holes with the holes in the ring.
Install the bolts in order to hold the cartridge together. The arrows on the plate must be in the same direction as the arrow on the ring.

Install seal (18) , O-ring seal (19) , and back up ring (33) on the large cartridge. The back up ring must be installed toward the outside of the cartridge.

Use Tooling (A) in order to install the inner lip seal and the outer lip seal in pump body (8) . Make sure that the lip of the inner seal is toward the inside of the pump. Make sure that the lip of the outer seal is toward the outside of the pump.

Install thrust washer (16) in pump body (8) .

Install bearing (15) on shaft (12) . Use Tooling (B) in order to install snap ring (14) . The snap ring will hold bearing (15) on the shaft.Note: It may be necessary to heat bearing (15) to a maximum temperature of 135 °C (275 °F) for installation.

Install shaft (12) and the bearing in pump body (8) . Install the ring in order to hold the bearing in position in body (8) .
Install O-ring seal (11) in pump body (8) .

Install large cartridge (10) over the pump shaft and in body (8) .

Position the cartridge and the pump body in cover (34) . Align dowels (35) with the holes in cover (34) . Install the bolts in order to hold the unit together. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 360 14 N m (265 10 lb ft).

Install O-ring seal (2) on pump body (8) .

Install small cartridge (7) in the pump cover over the pump shaft. Make sure that the dowels in the end of cartridge (7) are engaged correctly with the holes in cover (34) .

Install seal (5) , O-ring seal (4) , and back up ring (36) on the small cartridge. The back up ring must be installed toward the outside.

Put O-ring seal (37) in cover (3) . Install cover (3) and the bolts that hold the unit together. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 95 7 N m (70 5 lb ft).

Put the O-ring seal and elbow (1) in position and install the bolts that hold elbow (1) . Tighten the bolts to a torque of 205 27 N m (150 20 lb ft).End By: Install the Implement pump.
