(2) Service brake pedal (3) Decelerator pedal (6) Rotary position sensorService brake pedal (2) is connected to rotary position sensor (6) . Rotary position sensor (6) sends a signal to the power train ECM. The power train ECM controls the proportional solenoid for the left brake and the right brake.

(7) Crankshaft speed/timing sensorCrankshaft speed/timing sensor (7) is located on the front left of the engine block. The crankshaft speed/timing sensor transmits the speed of the engine to the power train ECM.

(8) Torque converter housing (9) Torque converter output speed sensor (11) Torque converter temperature sensorTorque converter output speed sensor (9) is located on the rear of the torque converter housing. This sensor transmits the speed of the torque converter output shaft to the power train ECM.Torque converter temperature sensor (11) sends a signal to the power train ECM. Cat Advisor monitors this temperature measurement. Cat Advisor uses this data to drive the torque converter oil temperature gauge.

The transmission output speed sensors transmit the speed and direction of the output shaft to the power train ECM. The transmission output speed sensors are located inside the transmission and bevel gear case.

(1) Steering control lever (14) Rotary position sensorsSteering control lever (1) contains multiple rotary position sensors (14) . The sensors are a single component.When the operator moves steering control lever (1) , the sensors send a signal to the power train ECM. The power train ECM then sends a corresponding signal to the appropriate pump control solenoid.

The power train ECM uses this information to send the appropriate current to the solenoids on the steering pump.
