Attach a suitable lifting device to aftercooler fan and mounting (15). The weight of aftercooler fan and mounting (15) is approximately 59 kg (130 lb). Remove bolts (16) and aftercooler fan and mounting (15). Place on suitable cribbing.

Remove bolts (18) and aftercooler (17). Reposition fan and mounting bracket on to suitable cribbing.

Attach Tooling (A) to fan adaptor (22). Remove fan adaptor (22).

Disconnect harness assembly (23).

Remove bolts (24) and pump (25). Installation Procedure
Install aftercooler fan and mounting (15) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten nut (21) to a torque of 40 4 N m (30 3 lb ft).
