Disconnect harness assembly (2).

Disconnect hose assemblies (3).

Loosen clamp (5) and remove hose (4).

loosen nut (9) and remove bolt (6). Position strap (8) aside. Repeat for the remaining strap.
Remove diesel exhaust fluid tank (7).

Remove bolts (10) and remove sending unit (11). Remove gasket (12).

Remove bolts (13) and remove level sensor (14). Remove gasket (15).

Remove plug (16). Remove O-ring seal (17).

Remove adapter (18). Remove O-ring seal (19).

Remove plugs (20) and (21). Remove O-ring seals (22) and (23). Installation Procedure
Install diesel exhaust fluid tank (7) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten plugs (16) and (21) to a torque of 11 3 N m (97 27 lb in).
Tighten plugs (20) to a torque of 28 5 N m (21 4 lb ft).
Tighten adapter (18) to a torque of 40 6 N m (30 4 lb ft).
Tighten bolts (10) in an X pattern to a torque of 5 1 N m (44 9 lb in).
