Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install bracket (11) and bolts (10) on both sides of refrigerant condenser (12) .

Position fan assembly (9) and install bolts (8) .

Position the refrigerant condenser and the fan assembly as a unit. Install bolts (7) .
Connect hose assembly (6) .

Connect harness assembly (5) and install bracket (4) .

Install panels (2) and (1) .
Charge the air conditioner system. The correct charge is 2.5 kg (5.5 lb). Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.
