Brake (remote control) circuit
The components of the brake (remote control) circuit are: Remote control parking brake solenoids, Parking brake oil pressure sensor, Low parking brake oil pressure sensor, Brake accumulator oil pressure switch for brake application, the remote control parking brake light, the Power Train Electronic Control Module (Power Train ECM), and the interface control module.

(10) Interface control moduleWith the key start switch in the ON position, 24 V power is supplied from the batteries via circuit breaker 9 to the Power Train ECM and via circuit breaker 1 to the transmission oil pressure sensor. 24 V power is also supplied to the remote control switch and the interface control module.

(15) First speed relay 18When remote control switch (1) and the remote control parking brake switch on the transmitter is in the ON position, a parking brake radio signal is sent to the receiver. The receiver sends a signal to interface control module (10). Interface control module (10) energizes parking brake relay 17 (14), brake control relay 6 (11), service brake relay 5 (12) and service brake relay 4 (13). A signal is then sent to the Power Train ECM. The Power Train ECM will de-energize parking brake solenoid 1 (2), parking brake solenoid 2 (3) and parking brake solenoid 3 (4). Power Train ECM (9) supplies 24 V power to remote control parking brake light (8). Remote control parking brake light (8) will remain illuminated until the remote control transmitter parking brake switch is moved to the OFF position.When the remote control transmitter parking brake switch is in the OFF position, the remote control transmitter sends a signal to the remote control receiver. The remote control receiver sends a signal to interface control module (10). The interface control module will de-energize brake control relay 6 (11), service brake relay 5 (12), service brake relay 4 (13) and parking brake relay 17 (14). The Power Train ECM will energize parking brake solenoid 1 (2), parking brake solenoid 2 (3) and parking brake solenoid 3 (4).If the parking brake circuit has low oil pressure, the parking brake oil pressure sensor sends a signal to Power Train ECM (9). The Power Train ECM will flash remote control light (6) warning the operator of low parking brake oil pressure.
Do not operate the machine if the remote control light on the rear of the cab is flashing. The remote control light indicates the machine has low parking brake oil pressure.Operating
