Setting the timing for the ejector to move forward
It is necessary to adjust the forward motion of the ejector first.
Run the engine of the pull unit in order to reach the normal operating temperature.
Move the machine to a smooth, horizontal location. Move the machine away from other operating machines and away from personnel.
Place the transmission direction control lever of the pull unit in the Neutral position. Apply the parking brake and place chocks in front of the wheels and behind the wheels.
Place the control lever for the apron and the ejector in the open position. The apron will open first. When the apron gets to the top of the cycle the ejector will begin to move forward.

Left side of the machineCover plate (1) is typical for both models.
If the ejector moves forward prior to the closing of the apron, then remove cover (1) from the left side of the tube. This will allow access to the valve that controls the sequence of opening the apron and the travel of the ejector. The sequence valve is very sensitive.

Cover plate (1) is removed.
Retard the forward movement of the ejector by removing cap (2) , loosening the locknut, and turning the adjustment screw counterclockwise. Then tighten the locknut.
After the timing for the forward motion has been set then move the apron to the up position and the ejector to the forward position.Set the timing for the ejector to return to the rear of the bowl
It is then necessary to adjust the closing of the apron and the rearward motion of the ejector first.
Place the control lever for the apron and the ejector in the closed position. The apron will close first. When the apron gets to the bottom of the cycle the ejector will begin to move rearward.

View of the right side of the machineCover plate (3) is typical for both models.
If the ejector moves rearward prior to the complete closing of the apron, then remove cover (3) from the right side of the tube. This will allow access to the valve that controls the sequence of the closing of the apron and return of the ejector. The sequence valve is very sensitive.

Cover plate (3) is removed.
Retard the rearward movement of the ejector by removing cap (4) , loosening the locknut, and turning the adjustment screw counterclockwise. Then tighten the locknut.
After the timing is set then replace any caps or any removed plates.
