Remove bolts (10) from housing (9) .

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to housing (9) and remove housing (9) from the machine. The weight of housing (9) is approximately 80 kg (177 lb).

Loosen clamp (12) and disconnect hose (11) from the engine.
Loosen clamp (14) and disconnect hose (13) from the engine.

Remove nut (15) and disconnect harness assembly (16). Cut the cable straps and move harness assembly (16) out of the way.

Disconnect harness assemblies (17), harness assembly (18), and harness assembly (19) .
Disconnect harness assembly (20) and harness assembly (21) .

Disconnect harness assembly (22) .
Cut the cable straps and move harness assembly (23) out of the way.

Disconnect hoses (24) from the fuel filter assembly.

Remove clamp (25) and move hoses (24) out of the way.
Disconnect harness assembly (26) .

Disconnect harness assemblies (28) from alternator (27) .
Cut the cable straps and move harness assembly (29) out of the way.

Disconnect harness assembly (30) .
Remove the nut and disconnect cable assembly (31) .
Remove the nut and disconnect harness assembly (32), harness assembly (33), and cable assembly (34) .
Remove the nut and disconnect ground cable (35) .
Remove bolts (36) .

Loosen clamp (37) and disconnect hose (38) .

Remove bolts (39) and bracket (40) .

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to engine (41) .
Remove bolts (42) from each side of engine (41). Remove engine (41) from the machine. The weight of engine (41) is approximately 350 kg (772 lb).
Remove flexible mounting (43) .
