Procedure To Increase The Auxiliary Valve Flow Rate
In all of the following flow rates, it is important to have the margin pressure set at the high end of the specification to obtain the maximum flow out of the valve. See the appropriate Service Manual for the recommended margin pressure specifications. Also, 129 L/min (34 gpm) is the maximum amount of flow the control valve can physically supply and should be sufficient for any attachment the machine is capable of operating.To acquire a flow rate of approximately 91 L/min (24 gpm), follow Step 1 only. For a flow rate of approximately 114 L/min (30 gpm), follow Steps 1 through 6. To obtain a flow rate of approximately 129 L/min (34 gpm), follow all of the steps listed.
1. Remove the 6V8495 Washer(s) [shim(s)] in the 9T8788 Control Valve Group. See Illustration 1 for the location of the shim(s).

Remove 9R4114 Hose Assembly (1), 6V9007 Elbow (5), and 6V9746 Seal (3) [remove from 6V9007 Elbow (5)]. Install a new 6V5184 Plug (not shown) in place of the former elbow.3. Install a new 9R4115 Hose Assembly (2), 6V9839 Tee (4), and two 6V9746 Seals (3). (The two 6V9746 Seals consist of one additional seal and the seal removed from the elbow in the previous step. Install both seals in the 6V9839 Tee).

Remove 5P2211 Adapter (7) and replace it with a 3T4965 Adapter.6. Remove 2M9780 Seal (8) and replace it with a 3D2824 Seal.

Add one 9T0650 Spacer (10) and one 4J7533 Seal (9). See Illustration 4.
