A 138-7575 Link Bracket 2 Start By:
Remove the crankshaft rear seal. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Crankshaft Rear Seal - Remove".
Remove the aftercooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Aftercooler - Remove and Install".
Remove the starters. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Electric Starting Motor - Remove and Install" and Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Starting Motor - Remove".

Disconnect clamp (1). Disconnect clamps (2). Remove tubes (3).

Remove bolts (4). Remove bracket (5). Repeat for the opposite side. Disconnect harness assembly (6). Remove tube assembly (7).

Remove bolts (8). Remove cover (9). Remove bolts (10). Remove cover (11).

Remove bolts (12). Remove cam gear (13).

Remove bolts (14) in order to disconnect bracket (15) from air intake manifold (16). Repeat for the opposite side.

Disconnect tube assembly (17).

Disconnect harness assembly (19). Remove bolts (18). Remove cover (20).

Disconnect harness assembly (23). Remove bolt (21). Remove crankshaft position sensor (22).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device onto flywheel housing (24). The weight of flywheel housing (24) is approximately 726 kg (1600 lb). Apply slight lifting tension on flywheel housing (24).

Remove bolts (25) that connect the oil pan to flywheel housing (24).

Remove bolts (26). Remove flywheel housing (24).
