Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the hydraulic oil cooler.
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: Put identification marks on all parts to aid in assembly.Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure is started, clean the exterior of the components to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism. Precision components can be damaged by contaminants or by dirt. Perform disassembly procedures on a clean work surface. Keep components covered and protected at all times.

Note: Use a suitable lifting device to move the hydraulic oil cooler. The hydraulic oil cooler weighs approximately 25 kg (56 lb).
Remove four bolts (1) to loosen fan guard (2) .

Remove four bolts (4) and four washers (5). Remove fan assembly which is attached to fan frame (3) .

Remove two bolts (6). Remove fan blade assembly (7) .
Remove fan guard (2).

Remove six bolts (8). Remove fan motor (9) from fan frame (3) .

Remove six bolts (10) and six washers (11). Separate oil cooler (13) from fan shroud (12) .Installation Procedure
Assemble the hydraulic oil cooler (13) in the reverse order of disassemble.
