Removal Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Care must be taken to ensure that fluids are contained during performance of inspection, maintenance, testing, adjusting and repair of the product. Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.
Place a suitable container below the engine oil cooler to catch any fluids that might be spilled.

Loosen clamp (1).
Remove bolt (4), hose (2), and bracket (3).

Remove bolts (5) and adapter (6).

Remove bolts (7) from engine oil cooler assembly (8).Note: Note the position of different length bolts. Do not remove the bolts in Position (X).
Remove engine oil cooler assembly (8) and gasket (9) from the cylinder block.

Remove bolts (12).
Remove engine oil cooler (10), and gasket (11).
