1. Stop the engine with the bucket flat on the ground. With the engine off, move the hydraulic control to release any pressure in the hydraulic system.2. Remove retaining ring (2), washer (1) and pin (3) from the bucket arm. 3. Place straps and hoist around the bucket tilt cylinder and bucket arms.4. Connect Tool (A) to the straps and the machine. This will support the bucket tilt cylinder and arms when pin (4) is removed.5. Remove retaining ring, washer and pin (4). 6. Remove retaining rings, washers and pins (7) from the loader lift arms (6).7. Start the engine and back the machine away from the loader lift arms. The weight of the bucket is 410 kg (900 lb).8. Inspect bearings (5) in the bucket. Replace them if necessary. For installation of the loader bucket, reverse the removal steps.
