Problem
The bolts which hold the bottom pins for the suspension cylinders in place may loosen during operation and permit the pins to come out of their mounting brackets.

If the suspension cylinder comes loose, it can cause the frame member to which it is attached to drop on that side. Machine stability may be affected if this occurs. New bolts, spacers, washers and nuts need to be installed on the products listed below. The service will be done at no cost to you. Contact your local Caterpillar dealer immediately and schedule a time to have this service performed. The repair time for this service is approximately five hours.
