Install temperature sensors (4) with 337-7965 Anti-Seize Compound . Torque sensors to 45 5 N m (33 4lb ft). Then install exhaust shields (2), (3), and (4) .Removal And Installation Of Right Side Exhaust

Remove temperature sensors (4) and heat shields (1), (2) and (3) .

Remove the locknuts (6) that fasten to the U-bolt (9) and remove the u-bolt (9). Also remove the clamps (7) on the bellow (8), and the clamp (5) that connects the exhaust tube to the Y manifold at the turbo.

Slide the exhaust tube towards the front of the engine. Then rotate the turbo end of the tube away from the engine and remove the exhaust tube.

Remove and discard the bellow assembly (8) and the bracket (10).

Install the strip (11) as shown above using two bolts (12) and two washers (13). Note: The exhaust manifolds and tubes are hidden to show the mounting hole locations in detail.

Install a new bellow assembly (8), two clamps (7), clamp (5), and right-hand tube assembly (14). Install tube assembly (14) between the Y manifold and the exhaust manifold for the front three cylinders on the right-hand exhaust manifold.
