1 - - Apply SAE 30W oil to the bolt threads and the washer faces that hold the track shoes to links.
Torque for these bolts 400 25 N m (295 18 lb ft).
Tighten the standard bolts by an additional turn of 120 5 degrees.
Tighten the master bolts by an additional turn of 180 5 degrees.
Install the nuts so that the flat side of the nut is against the link.
C - - Distance from the center of one pin to the center of the next pin (pitch) 190 mm (7.5 inch).
D - - Height of a new link 121.5 mm (4.78 inch).
E - - Protrusion of track pin at each end of the track link group is 29.973 0.200 mm (1.1800 0.0079 inch).
F - - Distance between the centerlines of the bolt holes for the track shoes is 132.50 0.39 mm (5.217 0.015 inch).
G - - Protrusion of track pin at each end of the link assembly is 3.10 0.10 mm (0.122 0.004 inch).
H - - Diameter of a new track bushing 65.0 0.3 mm (2.56 0.01 inch).
J - - Clearance between two track links is 1.50 mm (0.059 inch).
K - - The protrusion of the clear plug from the surface of the stopper assembly is 2.0 1.5 mm (0.08 0.06 inch).
L - - Protrusion of the track pin from the surface of the stopper assembly is 8.0 4.0 mm (0.32 0.16 inch).
2 - - Fill each pin with 33 mL (1.11 oz) of 8C-3400 Oil.
