Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to output output transfer gear (3). The weight of output output transfer gear (3) is approximately 630 kg (1390 lb). Lift output output transfer gear case (3) toward the machine.

Left side top mount

Install the top half of mount (31), washers (30), washer (29) and bolt (28). Repeat the procedure for the opposite side. Note: Do not tighten bolt (28) at this time.

Left side bottom mount and bracket

Position bracket (27) onto the housing of output transfer gear (3) and install bolts (26) and the washers. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 270 40 N m (200 30 lb ft). Repeat the procedure for the opposite side.
Position the bottom half of mount (25) and washer (24) before installing bolt (21), washers (22) and nut (23). Tighten the nut and bolt to a torque of 460 60 N m (340 44 lb ft). Repeat the procedure for the opposite side.

Left side top mount
Tighten bolt (28) to a torque of 800 100 N m (590 74 lb ft). Repeat the procedure for the opposite side.

Connect hose assemblies (20). Connect hose assembly (19). Position harness assembly (15) and install clips (18), bolts (17) and the washers. Connect harness assemblies (16).

Position harness assembly (15) and install clip (14), bolt (13) and the washer.

Connect hose assembly (11) to elbow (12).

Install bolts (8), the washers and half clamps (9) in order to connect hose assembly (10) to the output transfer gear.

Connect front drive shaft (7) to output output transfer gear (3) and install bolts (6). Tighten bolts (6) to a torque of 135 20 N m (100 15 lb ft).

Connect main drive shaft (5) to output transfer gear (3) and install bolts (4). Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 270 40 N m (200 30 lb ft).

Connect hitch drive shaft (2) to output transfer gear (3) and install bolts (1). Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 135 20 N m (100 15 lb ft).
Fill the output transfer gear with oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "output transfer gear Oil - Change". End By:
Install the radiator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator - Install".
