A − Loctite Sealant − Gasket 1 Start By:
Remove the fumes disposal group.
Remove the wastegate solenoid.

Remove nut (1). Remove cable straps (2) Disconnect harness assemblies (3). Remove clamp (4).

Remove bolts (5) and remove inlet manifold (6).

Remove clamp (7). Remove bolts (8) and bolts (9). Separate inlet manifold (6) from elbow (11). Separate tube assembly (10) from elbow (11).

Remove O-ring seal (12), wave ring (13), and tube (14). Installation Procedure
Install inlet manifold (6) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (A) uniformly to the face of inlet manifold (6) and assemble within 10 minutes of application.
