Illustration 1 g01158285The hydraulic oil cooler is located behind the front radiator grill.
Remove the radiator grill. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Refrigerant Condenser - Remove and Install" for the proper procedure.
Remove the hydraulic oil cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Oil Cooler - Remove and Install" for the proper procedure.
Inspect the front side and the back side of the oil cooler for debris. If necessary, clean the oil cooler. Note: If necessary, also clean the radiator. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Radiator Core - Clean" for the proper procedure.Note: If necessary, also clean the refrigerant condenser. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Condenser (Refrigerant) - Clean" for the proper procedure.
Use clean water in order to wash off all dust and dirt from the oil cooler.
Replace the hydraulic oil cooler.
Replace the radiator grill.
