Connect the steering frame lock.
Remove the front fenders.
Place suitable blocks in front of rear tires and behind rear tires.

Place Tooling (A) under the loader frame on both sides of the machine, as shown.
Use Tooling (A) to raise front of machine until tires are off the ground.
Lock Tooling (A) in position with locking ring (1).

Attach a suitable lifting device to tire (3), as shown. The weight of tire and rim (3) is approximately 815 kg (1800 lb).
Remove bolts (2) .
Remove tire and the rim (3) .
Repeat Steps 5 through 7 for the removal of remaining front tire and rim.Installation Procedure

Thoroughly clean the contacting surfaces of rim assembly and axle housing.

Attach a suitable lifting device to tire and rim (3), as shown. The combined weight of tire and rim (3) is approximately 815 kg (1800 lb).
Install tire and rim (3) .
Install bolts (2). Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of 570 80 N m (420 60 lb ft). Turn bolts (2) an extra 60° 5°.
Repeat Steps 2 through 4 for the installation of the remaining front tire.

Remove locking pin (1) from Tooling (A).
Lower the machine to the ground.
Remove Tooling (A).
Remove suitable blocks from rear tires.End By:
Install the front fenders.
Separate the steering frame lock.
