1. Remove fender (1) so tire and rim can be removed. 2. Support lift arms using tooling (B). Support frame with tooling (A). Support tire and rim with straps as shown. Remove bolts (2) and remove tire and rim. Weight of tire and rim assembly is 204 kg (450 lb). The following steps are for the assembly. 3. Torque for sixteen bolts (1) that fasten the rime to the axle assembly is 570 80 N*m (420 60 lb ft).Turn an additional 60° 5°.4. Torque to install spud nut (2) is 21.5 1.5 N*m (190 13 lb ft).5. Torque to install core housing (3) is 8.5 0.5 N*m (75 5 lb ft).
