Press the up key (1) or down key (6) until "DIAGNOSTIC" is highlighted in order to select this option. Then press the "OK" key (8). Refer to Illustration 2.Note: Refer to Systems Operation, RENR8068, "Service Mode" for instructions to get to the "SERVICE" menu.

Press the up key (1) or down key (6) in order to scroll through the active errors.The "LOGGED ERROR" menu displays logged errors in the MID: CID - FMI format. Press the up key (1) or down key (6) in order to highlight the desired item. Press the "OK" key (8) in order to see the detail of the logged error. The detail of a logged error will display the following items:MID - Control module ID of the ECM that detected the error.CID - Component ID that is in error status.FMI - Failure mode IDOCC - The number of times the error occurred.FIRST - The first time the error occurred.LAST - The last time the error occurred.
Illustration 4 g01154132When the detailed view of the "LOGGED ERROR" view is displayed as in Illustration 4, the logged errors can be deleted. Press the "OK" key (8) in order to delete the logged error. The delete confirmation screen will appear. To confirm the delete request move the cursor to the "YES" option and press the "OK" key (8). Refer to Illustration 5.
