1. Remove the inner fuel injection line (1).2. Remove the fuel injection valve retaining nut (2). 3. Remove the fuel injection valve assembly (3) from precombustion chamber. Remove the nozzle from the body.Install Fuel Injection Valves
1. Install the fuel injection valve nozzle (1) finger tight on the body (2). Install the valve assembly into the precombustion chamber. 2. Install the nozzle retaining nut (3) and tighten nut to an initial torque of 85 5 lb.ft. (115 7 N m). Hand tighten retaining nut to a final torque of 105 5 lb.ft. (142 7 N m).3. Install the inner fuel injection line. Tighten retaining nuts to a torque of 30 5 lb.ft. (40 7 N m).end by: a) install valve covers When the fuel injection valves have been installed, remove plugs (4). Start the engine and check for fuel leakage at the plug openings. There must be no fuel leakage. Put 5P3413 Pipe Sealant on the plug threads at installation.
