If the 2813589/">281-3589 Viscous Fan Drive Assembly fails, replace it with a new 2813589/">281-3589 Fan Drive Assembly that is manufactured on and after June 2008. The new 2813589/">281-3589 Fan Drive Assembly is manufactured with an improved harness assembly process to ensure proper connection and routing.
Patch plate on solenoid is stamped digit code for improved fan drive. Refer to Image1.
"20080601" means it was manufactured on June 1,2008. And "2208" means it was manufactured on 22nd week, 2008. The fan drive assembly is improved where the digit code after 22nd is stamped.
