2. Open valve (2) and remove coolant from radiator.3. Remove the two radiator lower mounts (1).4. Remove bolts from lower water elbow (3). 5. Disconnect top water hose (6) from the radiator.6. Remove bolts from fan guard (4) and move guard away from the radiator.7. Disconnect the two lines from the hydraulic oil cooler and remove fitting from cooler for top hose.8. Remove two bolts (5) from radiator top mounts.9. Install two 3/8"-16 NC eyebolts and fasten a hoist. Remove radiator and hydraulic oil cooler as a unit. Weight is 575 lb. (261 kg).Install Radiator And Hydraulic Oil Cooler As A Unit
1. Fasten a hoist and put radiator (1) and hydraulic oil cooler in position in machine.2. Install bolts in radiator top mounts.3. Install the two radiator lower mounts.4. Install bolts in lower water elbow.5. Connect top water hose to the radiator.6. Put fan guard in position and install bolts. 7. Install fitting in hydraulic oil cooler and connect top line (2).8. Connect lower line (3) to hydraulic oil cooler.9. Fill cooling system to correct level.
