Route hose assembly (12) or (13) along the stabilizer link. Install two clamps (26) using two bolts (27) to hold hose assembly (12) or hose assembly (13) in position.
Adjust hose assembly (12) or hose assembly (13) that is closest to the bulldozer blade to attain dimension (W W) shown in Illustration 18.Note: Dimension (V V) and dimension (WW) are measured from clamp (26) to the end of the hose assemblies.
Adjust hose assembly (12) or hose assembly (13) that is farthest away from the bulldozer blade to attain dimension (V V) shown in Illustration 18.Note: Dimension (V V) and dimension (W W) are measured from clamp (26) to the end of the hose assemblies.

Adjust each hose assembly (12) or (13) to obtain the orientation that is shown in Illustration 19. Tighten bolts (27) to a torque of 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft).Note: Rotate the coupling at tilt cylinder (G) if either of the hose assemblies require twisting. Loosen the bolts that hold the flanges. Turn the coupling to relieve the twisting stress. Complete the connection to tilt cylinder (G) by tightening the bolts.

Attach guard (K) to tilt cylinder (G) with four washers (17) and four bolts (18). Tighten bolts (18) to a torque of 370 50 N m (275 35 lb ft).
Attach plate (J) with two bolts (H). Tighten bolts (H) to a torque of 105 20 N m (77 15 lb ft).
Attach the following components to hose assembly (12) or hose assembly (13) at dimension (XX) from the hose coupling at the rod end: Grommet (30), clip (28), clip (29), two bolts (15), and two nuts (16). Tighten bolts (15) to a torque of 55 10 N m (40 7 lb ft).

Install guard (20) or (21) to the stabilizer link using two washers (17) and two bolts (23). Tighten bolts (23) to a torque of 370 50 N m (275 35 lb ft).

Install guard (22) to the stabilizer link using three washers (17), three bolts (23), two washers (24), two bolts (25), and two grommets (30) .Note: Grommets (30) are required. Place grommets (30) on hose assembly (12) or hose assembly (13) and then on the block that is located on the right end of the stabilizer link.

Attach lift cylinder (G1) to the right-hand side of the blade using shims (K1), bearing cap (E1), and four bolts and four nuts (F1).
