Remove bolts (1) and clip (2) .

Disconnect tube assemblies (3) .
Attach a suitable lifting device to shroud (4). The weight of shroud (4) is approximately 97 kg (214 lb)Remove bolts (5) and shroud (4) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to shunt tank (6). The weight of the shroud assembly is approximately 34 kg (76 lb)Raise shunt tank (6) slightly. Remove Tooling (C) and install tooling (A) .

Attach a suitable lifting device and Tooling (B) to radiator (14). Install a strap around radiator (14) and side plates (15) .

Remove bolts (16) and raise radiator (14) and side plates (15) out of the bottom plate.

Attach a suitable lifting device to hold radiator (14) in a steady position. Loosen the strap which was installed in step10 to remove side plates (15) .
