Loader Payload Production
This section covers how productive a machine is by using:
Total weight of material moved
Number of trucks loaded
Total time the machine was productive
Volume of the material moved
Total time the machine was running during the reportThe display is in:
Tons/Hour - the average weight of material moved per hour.
Tons/Prod & Auto Delay Hour - This feature is not currently supported for Large Wheel Loaders.
Tons/Production Hour - The average weight of material moved per production hour.
Machines/hour - The average number of machines loaded per hour.
Machines/Prod & Auto Delay Hour - This feature is not currently supported for Large Wheel Loaders.
Machines/Prod Hour: This feature is not currently supported for Large Wheel Loaders.
Material Volume/Hour - The average volume of material moved per hour. This value is based on material density inputted into the Material ID section of VIMSpc. The value is only accurate if correctly using the Material ID feature.
Material Volume/Prod & Auto Delay Hour - This feature is not currently supported for Large Wheel Loaders.
Material Volume/Production Hour - Average volume of material used per production hour. This value is based on material density inputted into the Material ID section of VIMSpc. The Material Volume/Production Hour value is only accurate if correctly using the Material ID feature.Loader Payload Distribution
Loader Payload Distribution is a Bucket Payload's tabular histogram that is reported in the selected time range. The Payload Distribution is shown in two formats: Count and Percentage. Both formats are separated into the sections shown below with the units being the same units that were selected for the report:
Under 5
5-10
10-15
15-20
20-25
25-30
30-35
35-40
40-45
Over 45Count
The Count is the total count of loader buckets that fall into each weight range. The sum of all the counts listed should equal the total of the loader buckets.Percentage
The Percentage is the count for each weigh range compared to the total number of loader buckets. The sum of all percentages will equal 100 percent.Cycle Detail Report
The Cycle Detail Report includes a detailed list of the passes stored to memory during the time range the report was generated. The list includes:Time/Date of the Cycle
The calculated date and time that the cycle or status record was stored.Payload of the Cycle
Weight associated with a given cycle record that was extracted from a truck record.Fuel Used in the Cycle
The calculated fuel used during a cycle. If the value is below the threshold, "0" will show and be added to the next cycle.Truck ID Loaded
Text string that is associated with the Truck ID. Each recorded cycle or status is associated with a certain Truck ID.Material ID Loaded
Text string that is associated with the Material ID. Each recorded cycle or status is associated with a certain cycle or status. "UNKNOWN" is the default text.Location
Text string that is associated with the Load Site ID. Each recorded cycle or status is associated with a certain cycle or status. "UNKNOWN" is the default text. This feature is not currently supported for Large Wheel Loaders.Operator ID
Text string that is associated with the Operator ID. Each recorded cycle or status is associated with
