Remove the bulldozer.

Fasten a suitable lifting device to trunnion (2) and remove fourteen bolts (1) that hold trunnion (2) to the track roller frame.

Install three 1/2 inch - 13 NC screws (3) in order to loosen trunnion (2) from the track roller frame.
Remove trunnion (2) from the track roller frame. The weight of the trunnion is 57 kg (125 lb).

Remove four bolts (4) and retainer (5) from trunnion (2) .

Install Tooling (A) and remove the bearing.Installation Procedure
Heat the bearing to 165 °C (329 °F) and install the bearing in trunnion (2) .

Install retainer (5) on trunnion (2). Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 240 40 N m (177 30 lb ft).

Position trunnion (2) on the track roller frame and tighten fourteen bolts (1) to a torque of 1050 50 N m (775 35 lb ft).End By: Install the bulldozer. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bulldozer - Install".
