To prevent possible bodily injury, make sure hot hydraulic oil has cooled and all pressure is released from the hydraulic system
Start By:Tag and identify all lines and electrical connectors. 1. Disconnect three electrical connectors (1). 2. Remove two lines (2). Cap and plug immediately. 3. Remove seven lines (3). Cap and plug immediately. 4. Remove tee fitting (4) and line (5). Cap and plug immediately. Cap removed for picture clarity.5. Remove four bolts (6) and remove left feeder (conveyor) control manifold. For installation, reverse removal steps.Disassemble & Assemble Feeder (conveyor) Control Manifold
1. Remove two nuts (1) and two solenoids (2). During assembly, tighten nuts (1) to a torque of 5-8 N-m max (60-86 lb-in max). 2. Remove two valves (3). 3. Remove four O-rings (4) and two back-up rings (5). 4. Remove nut (6) and remove solenoid (7). 5. Remove valve (8). 6. Remove two O-rings (9) and back-up ring (10). 7. Remove three plugs (11) and three O-rings (12). 8. Remove two valves (13). 9. Remove eight O-rings (14) and six back-up rings (15). 10. Remove plug (16) and O-ring (17). 11. Remove two test ports (18) and two O-rings (19). 12. Remove valve (20). 13. Remove two O-rings (21) and back-up ring (22). 14. Remove plug (23) and O-ring (24). 15. Remove two plugs (25) and two O-rings (26). 16. Remove three plugs (27) and remove three O-rings (28). 17. Remove valve (29). 18. Remove three O-rings (30) and four back-up rings (31). 19. Remove four plugs (32) and four O-rings (33). For assembly, reverse disassembly steps. All valve components must be cleaned and inspected before assembly. If any components are worn beyond recommended limits they must be replaced. Lubricate moving components with cleane oil during assembly. Assemble valve with all new seals.
