Install nipple assemblies (17) in relief valve body (6). The torque for nipple assemblies (17) is 14 4 N m (124 35 lb in).
Install the O-ring seal and housing plug (16) in relief valve body (6). The torque for housing plug (16) is 37 7 N m (27 5 lb ft).
Install the O-ring seals and housing plugs (15) in relief valve body (6). The torque for housing plugs (15) is 4.5 1 N m (40 9 lb in).

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Install check ball (14), ball check spring (13), valve slug (12), spring retainer (11), and retaining ring (10) in spool assembly (7).

Install spool assembly (7), valve spring (8), and valve piston (9) in relief valve body (6).

Install relief valve access plate (5) and bolts (4).

Install the O-ring seal on relief valve cover (3). Install relief valve cover (3) and bolts (2).
