(7) 362-1244 Solenoid Valve and Manifold Gp
Check the alignment of all the hose connections coming to and from the 362-1244 Solenoid Valve and Manifold Gp (7). The valve and the pipe to the HOC inlet to be checked and to be adjusted to correct alignment. Ensure that no stress on the 5P-1293 Hose (2). The solenoid valve and manifold group is mounted with slotted holes allowing for adjustment. If any section of the 5P-1293 Hose (2) has failed in the circuit, the alignment is incorrect.
Secure the 362-1244 Solenoid Valve and Manifold Gp (7) with a lifting device.
Loosen the clamps (1), half flange bolts (5) and solenoid valve and manifold group (7) mounting hardware.

Slide the 460-5517 Sleeve (8) and remove the failed hose and install the new 5P-1293 Hose (2).
Tighten the clamps (1), half flange bolts (5) and solenoid valve and manifold group (7) mounting hardware in the same sequential order.
Tighten the 217-6885 Clamps (1) to a torque of 7.5 1.0 N m (66.4 8.9 lb in).
Tighten the 8T-4184 Bolts (5) to a torque of 100 20 N m (74 15 lb ft).
Slide the 460-5517 Sleeve (8) completely over the joint and secure with the 7K-1181 Cable Straps (9). Make a small hole through the sleeve (8) and run the strap (9) through the hole which secures the wrap over the joint and preventing from moving.Note: The purpose of the sleeve is to prevent any oil spray in the event of failure. Ensure that the sleeve completely covers the hose joint and secures at both the sides of the joint to the inlet pipe and steel pipe from the solenoid valve and manifold group.Refer to the most recent version of the referenced document on SIS web.
