Removal ProcedureUse the following procedure to remove tube assembly:

(A) 373-1731 Tube As
(B) 8T-4196 Bolt
(C) 132-7551 Spacer
(D) 4J-0519 O-Ring Seal
(E) 301-7792 Clip
(F) 301-7791 Clip
Remove tube assembly (A), two bolts (B), four spacers (C), O-ring seal (D), two clips (E), and two clips (F) from the machine. Discard the parts.

(J) 8T-4223 Hard Washer
(K) 8T-6466 Bolt
Remove two bolts (H), two hard washers (J), and two bolts (K). Save the parts.

(L) 373-1735 Hose As
(G) 5K-9090 O-Ring Seal
Remove hose assembly (L) and O-ring seal (G). Discard the part.Installation ProcedureUse the following procedure to install the new tube assembly:

(1) 506-5773 Tube As
(2) 8T-6466 Bolt
(3) 8T-4121 Hard Washer
(4) 1P-3703 Rectangular Seal
Install the new tube assembly (1), two bolts (2), four hard washers (3), and rectangular seal (4).
Install two bolts (K) which were saved in Step 2 during removal process. Refer to Illustration 2.

(6) 5P-7465 Clip
(7) 6V-7359 Grommet
(8) 8T-4184 Bolt
(9) 5B-5840 Spacer
Install clip (5), clip (6), grommet (7), bolt (8), and spacer (9).
Install hard washer (J) which is saved in Step 2 during removal process. Refer to Illustration 2.

(10) 9R-2640 Boss
Note: Before installation of the boss (10), preassemble clips, bracket, and hardware to locate the weld boss position. Weld the boss on to the frame as shown in Illustration 6.
Install weld boss.

(11) 165-8764 Bracket As
(12) 8T-4192 Bolt
(13) 8T-4223 Hard Washer
Install clip (5), clip (6), grommet (7), bracket assembly (11), blot (12), and hard washer (13).
Install bolt (H), and hard washer (J) which is saved in Step 2 during removal process. Refer to Illustration 2.

(15) 5K-9090 O-Ring Seal
(16) 204-2281 Cable Strap
Install the hose assembly (14) and O-ring seal (15). Secure with cable strap (16).
