B     9S-3263     Thread Lock Compound     1    Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
Care must be taken to ensure that fluids are contained during performance of inspection, maintenance, testing, adjusting and repair of the product. Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before operating any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.After collecting all fluids in suitable containers, dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.

Install O-rings (16). Position block assemblies (15) and install bolts (14) .

Use two people to position mounting plate (11). The weight of mounting plate (11) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Apply Tooling (B) to bolts (13). Install bolts (13) .

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to mounting plate (11). Position mounting plate (11) and swivel (12). The combined weight of mounting plate (11) and swivel (12) is approximately 136 kg (300 lb). Apply Tooling (B) to bolts (10). Install bolts (10) .

Apply Tooling (B) to bolts (8). Position locking plate (9) and install bolts (8). Connect hose assemblies (7) .

Install plate (6). Repeat for the opposite side.

Apply Tooling (B) to bolts (4). Position tube assemblies (3). Install bushings (5) and bolts (4) .

Install hose assemblies (1). Install bolts (2) for tube assemblies (3) .End By: Install the control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Control Valve - Remove and Install".
