Install bearing (17) and O-ring seal (18) in pump housing assembly (2).

Install retainer (16) on piston (15).

Install piston assembly (15) in pump housing assembly (2).

Install piston (12) and spring (13) in pump housing assembly (2).

Install piston guides (8) and (9), and pin (10) in head assembly.

Use petroleum jelly or grease to hold port plate (14) in place on head assembly (6).
Install O-ring seals (7) and port plate (14) in head assembly.

Ensure that the port plate is properly positioned between the head assembly and the pump housing assembly during this procedure.
Carefully install head assembly (6) on pump housing assembly (2).

Apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock Compound to the threads of bolts (5). Install the four bolts in head assembly (6) and pump housing assembly (2). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 240 40 N m (178 30 lb ft).

Install coupling (4) in pump housing assembly (2).

Install actuator assembly (3) on pump housing assembly (2).
