1. Remove five truss head screws (1) that hold cushion assembly (2) to the cab. Remove cushion assembly (2). 2. Remove two truss head screws (4). Slide payload monitoring system electronic control module (3) out of the slot on the cab wall. 3. Disconnect wire harness (5) from the electrical connection on payload monitoring system electronic control module (3).4. Remove five bolts (6) and support assembly (7) from payload monitoring system electronic control module (3). The following steps are for the installation of the payload monitoring system electronic control module.
During installation of the payload monitoring system electronic control module in the cab, make sure the insulator at the top of the module engages with the slot located in the cab wall. If the insulator of the module is not engaged properly with the slot of the cab wall, the payload monitoring system electronic control module will be loose in the cab wall.
5. Install the payload monitoring system electronic control module in the reverse order of removal.
